Return & Refund Policy

Print-on-Demand Merchandise

All Namaste Moments physical products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preference, or change of mind.

We will provide a replacement or refund if your item:

Arrives damaged
Has a printing or manufacturing defect
Is incorrect (wrong item or design received)

To request support:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Non-returnable items include:

Items ordered in the wrong size
Preference-based concerns
Normal wear and tear or misuse
Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Digital Products (Audio Meditations, Ebooks, Courses, Downloads)

All digital products are final sale.

Due to the nature of digital content, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, streamed, or delivered.

This includes:

Audio meditations
MP3 or WAV files
Ebooks (PDF, EPUB)
Courses, MP3, MP4, MOV, WAV, PDF, PPTX files
Digital guides, planners, and bundles

If you experience a technical issue (such as a broken link or corrupted file), please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will provide a working copy.
