Why Namaste Moments?
Before Namaste Moments became a company, it was a phrase I adopted and gave a particular meaning within my own leadership and teaching practice.
Why Namaste Moments?
The story began in leadership and teaching, where difficult conversations, competing perspectives, and consequential decisions often required both clarity and care.
This visual Founder’s Story traces how that idea grew beyond the classroom and ultimately became Namaste Moments™ and the Alignment Framework™.

Reflections on leadership, alignment, human development, relationships, transition, and the moments that ask us to see differently and choose what comes next.
What Shapes a Good Decision
The most consequential leadership decisions are rarely simple. They often require judgment when information is incomplete, priorities compete, and the effects of a decision extend well beyond the immediate issue.
This perspective explores the importance of understanding the problem before becoming too invested in a solution, hearing the right perspectives, considering the people responsible for implementation, and remaining accountable for what follows. Thoughtful leadership does not end when a decision is made.

A reflection on the patterns that emerge across executive leadership, organizational management, and graduate teaching, and what those experiences reveal about helping people and organizations move forward through complexity and change.
The perspective explores how clarity, accountability, organizational systems, and the human experience of change became part of the thinking that ultimately helped shape Namaste Moments™ and the Alignment Framework™.

A reflection on what it means to move forward with clarity and respect, even when consensus is not possible. Drawing from leadership and teaching, Mildred S. Lewis, Ed.D. explores dignity, shared direction, and the deeper meaning she gave to a Namaste Moment in her own work.

Alignment is not about having every part of life figured out. It is about recognizing when something no longer fits, understanding what is asking for your attention, and making choices that more closely reflect who you are and who you are becoming.
The Namaste Moments Alignment Framework™ offers four interconnected ways to explore that process.
LEAD
How we lead begins with how we lead ourselves. Lead invites us to consider the choices, responsibilities, boundaries, and ways of showing up that shape our lives and our impact on others.
LOVE
Relationships can reveal where we feel most connected and where greater alignment may be needed. Love invites reflection on how we relate, what we value in connection, what we give, what we receive, and what healthy reciprocity looks like now.
ALIGN
Sometimes we know something has shifted before we know exactly what needs to change. Align creates space to examine the relationship between our values, priorities, choices, and the life we are actually living.
EVOLVE
Growth often asks us to release what once fit in order to make room for what comes next. Evolve invites us to recognize change, honor what we have learned, and move toward the next chapter with greater intention.
Where is alignment calling you?
Sometimes the first step is simply recognizing which part of life is asking for your attention. The free 3-minute Alignment Quiz™ helps you identify where greater alignment may be emerging for you right now and offers a place to begin.
